Privacy, cookies and legal notice
In short: this site uses no cookies, no advertising and no tracking of individuals. We use your details only if you write to us, and only to call you back.
Controller
The controller under the GDPR and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) is btg Smart Factory (in incorporation). For any question: kurumsal@btgtech.net.
What we process and why
- Call-back request and e-mail. Name, company, phone and preferred time. The form does not store anything on the site; you send it to us through your own e-mail program or WhatsApp. Purpose: calling you, understanding your needs, preparing an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics shows us, in aggregate, how often each page is opened. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical logs. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps technical records such as IP addresses for a short time for security and service continuity.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or used for advertising. Only our infrastructure providers process it: Cloudflare for hosting and our e-mail provider for e-mail. Their servers may be outside your country; transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses) and KVKK Art. 9.
Retention
Call-back requests are deleted once the conversation has ended, at the latest after two years. If you become a customer, data is kept for the term of the contract and the statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR; KVKK Art. 11), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to kurumsal@btgtech.net; we reply free of charge within 30 days.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no cookies, so it shows no consent banner. Your browser keeps only the preferences you choose: language (btg_dil) and motion setting (btg-durgun), plus, for the session, your position when you return from the modules page (btg-donus). These are strictly necessary functions you request; they are never sent anywhere and you can delete them in your browser settings. If this ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Production data in the installed software
The production records of a btg Smart Factory installation stay on your own server in your plant, and you are the controller of that data. Access for support is granted only with your permission and only for that task.
Legal notice
btg Smart Factory is a start-up in the process of incorporation. The company name, register and tax details will be published here once the company is founded.
